After this crisis is over, we will not go back to normal. Hopefully, we will appreciate the ones we love. We will share healthy habits and family dinner, and we will emerge into a virtual work environment. From widespread changes in consumer behavior to emerging telemedicine innovations, this shift in the way the world does life will change everything.
During this shift, our DBA Healthcare consulting team has been fully immersed in collaborating and co-creating COVID-19 virtual engagement strategies and messaging campaigns with our clients, and we would like to share three ideas that might help others:
