As our Chief Experience Officer, Lisa is focused on our clients’ satisfaction, as well as our employees’ happiness. Always, Lisa puts people first, and as she says, she believes “customer experience is not the flavor of the week — it’s here to stay.” With 35 years of agency experience, she has CPG/Retail and Healthcare experience, providing leadership in account services, strategy and business development. For our client base, Lisa helps to drive brand synergy. In addition, Lisa is focused on employee retention and growth at DBA. One of Lisa’s most recent endeavors was to launch a women’s mentorship seminar series for the staff. She has also been instrumental in bringing greater emphasis on our agency’s cultural imperatives, including positivity, recognition, creativity and co-creation. Lisa’s experience includes working with such clients as Barnes-Jewish Hospital (St. Louis), Consumers Energy, Chick-fil-A, Michigan Medicine, Flagstar Bank, Henry Ford Health System, Gerber Baby Foods, Valley Children’s Healthcare (Madera, Calif.), Valley Health Plan (Fresno, Calif.), UI Health (Chicago), Michigan Office of Highway Safety Planning, Michigan Education Trust, SVS Vision and Northeastern University. She is a graduate of Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in Communications.
